    The Process

    Booking a photographer should not feel like a gamble. Here is exactly what happens, in order, so you know what to expect at every stage.

      You get in touch

      Send us a message from the contact page and it opens WhatsApp with your details ready to go, or call us directly. Tell us the date, the occasion, and roughly what you have in mind. No detail is too small and nothing is settled yet.

      We meet and talk it through

      We arrange a consultation, online or in person, whichever suits you. This is where we work out the scope and what will genuinely work best for you in particular — not a package pulled off a shelf. By the end you will know what we are doing, what it costs, and when you will have it.

      You reserve the date

      Contract and 10%

      Once you are ready to move forward, securing your date is simple: a signed contract and a 10% retainer officially reserve your spot in our calendar. A further 50% falls due a month before the event, and the remaining 40% on the day itself. Book as early as you can — dates fill up, and a month gives us room to plan properly.

      Your personalised guide

      From there we send you a guide written for your occasion, filled with tips, timelines and insights to make the whole process as smooth as possible. Anything you are unsure about, ask us then rather than on the day.

      Your pre-wedding session

      If your package includes it

      Your pre-wedding session is the perfect opportunity for us to connect before the wedding day. It lets you get comfortable in front of the camera, and it gives us a chance to capture your love in a more relaxed setting. The images are ideal for save-the-dates or wedding decor.

      The day

      This is the day you have been dreaming of. Our team arrives ready to document every moment, from the quiet, intimate exchanges to the joyous celebrations. We blend an artistic approach with a documentary style, capturing the emotions, the details and the memories that last a lifetime.

    7. 7

      The edit, and your gallery

      Two weeks

      Afterwards we carefully curate and edit your images to reflect the beauty, love and energy of the day. You will receive a sneak peek within a few days, and your full high-resolution gallery within two weeks. The gallery stays available for a year — download everything and keep your own copy well before then.

    8. 8

      Prints and albums

      Your photographs deserve to be more than digital files. We offer luxury albums and fine art prints that turn your memories into heirlooms, and we will guide you in choosing the images for an album that tells your story for generations to come.
